Private bookkeeping for Aurum Days LLC

The books sort
themselves.

thehanabanana reads the company's bank and card activity, sorts every payment into the right line of the tax form, and keeps the forms ready. The owner only answers when it isn't sure.

An internal tool. It isn't a public service and doesn't accept new users.

How it works

Every payment gets an answer, most of them on their own.

  1. 1

Spot money moving between your own accounts

It never counts as money in or money out.

  2. 2

    Follow your rules

Every store you've answered once is handled the same way from then on.

  3. 3

    Make a careful guess

New stores get a guess, and how sure the app is about it.

  4. 4

    Ask you

Only the unsure ones wait for a quick yes or no.

Tax time

The numbers, laid out the way the tax form is.

Every category goes on a line of the business tax form. Meals count at half, tax payments and money the owner takes out stay out of the profit, and the whole year downloads for the accountant in one tap.
